What a wonderful DVD and just perfect for relaxing with at any time of day. There are a number of choices on this lovely DVD - 2 longer films with uplifting traditional music and shorter films which can be played with natural sounds. The images are stunning and a delight to watch. It's such good value for money too. I have several DVD's from ISIS Visuals & love every one of them! You will be so glad you purchased this beautiful DVD, and i'm sure it'll quickly become one of your favourites.

This film is excellent. I use several other films produced by this company with Alzheimer’s patients. The clarity and sharpness of the film is excellent. Content, great!!!!! When not using them with patients, I play them at home. Gorgeous moving art with sound!

“Japanese Gardens” was exactly what I was looking for! Beautifully photographed images of waterfalls, water ways, statuary and lush greenery. There are three choices to view - two with soft music and one with only the sounds of nature. And best of all - on a loop, so that each one repeats until you’re ready to change it or turn it off. For me, this DVD is not only relaxing and meditational, but also the perfect antidote to cable news.

We were looking for something to be displayed in the background as an alternative to our other virtual aquarium collection. This DVD fits the bill, the combination of natural water sounds and natural sceneries were very relaxing and great for meditation. Scenes with koi ponds and rainfall were some of my favorites. Will look to more from this collection in the future.

Perfect Serenity..in a very nice package!,
I bought two DVD's of this kind. This one is by far the best. If you want to truly relax & relieve all stress...this may be just what you are looking for. The photography is excellent. The HD resolution is cracking sharp. The many scenes from this large landscape are breathtaking. This garden has many water features & lots of Koi fish. The garden designs are a display of perfect order, peace, and harmony. I shall return to this place again and again. This film is a prize for my collection.

I’ve seen a LOT of relaxing videos, I love the ambient video genre. This one is the MOST relaxing, calming, beautiful videos I’ve ever watched. When I’m stressed, I need the meditational qualities this video has to decompress. This Zen Japanese Garden DVD has everything I need. The music is soft and beautiful, the scenes are absolutely mesmerizing to watch. From waterfalls to rain to ponds with gorgeous koi fish gliding barely beneath the water, there is no way I could NOT relax while watching this DVD. If you need relaxation, this DVD will give it to you. I have many of Mr. Helsloot’s DVDs - I love them all, but this one is SPECIAL. I personally think it’s one of his best. There isn’t one thing I’d change on this DVD. Excellent photography ! GREAT JOB!!!

"Beautiful! Better that I expected"
I purchased this to play and have pleasant sounds while I was doing the not so pleasant tasks of housework such as dusting, folding laundry, picking up dog toys, dishes, etc. Well no housework was done after I put it in the first time or since!! The scenes are gorgeous and I couldn't stop watching! The music is sooooo beautiful and soothing! Love the koi ponds!! Now when I put it in, I have to put a towel over the tv screen or I'll just sit on the couch watching and get nothing done!! I highly recommend this DVD!! I am giving some of these as gifts too as I know friends & family would love it! Perfect for home, office or business waiting room!

I have been visiting Japan for over 50 years and this video is such a beautiful way to re-live the beauty and serenity of the Japanese gardens. From the waterfalls to the raked sand and carefully placed stones, it all combines to provide such a wonderful way to relax or accompany me and my bike. I like the option of natural sounds or music and watch and listen both ways. Would love to find out which gardens are shown so I could learn more about them. I hope you will be issuing another companion DVD as expand the experience. Domo arigato.
